Before doing this close all the opened IE sessions and open new IE session.

1. GoTo Tools Internet Options

2. click on Tab “General”

3. go to setting

4. click on view files

5. Open's a window with all the temporary files. Select all and delete the files

6. If it asks to delete the selected cookies, click on yes.

7. Ensure no files should be there in the Temporary folder.

8. Close the window and click on ok.

9. Click ok.

10. Press Ctrl+shift+Delete and uncheck the option highlighted below screen shot.

11.And click on delete.
