Key Accountabilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to the business unit including General word processing and data entry
Provide administrative assistance to the business unit

Prepare basic documents including reports, presentations, power point documents, graphs and charts
Attend relevant training to learn about the context of the business unit
Job shadow staff within the business unit
Learn and assist with projects
Attendance at relevant business unit meetings
Completion of other required tasks as directed by the supervisor / manager
Key Selection Criteria
Planning and Organising – Organises own work program and tracks progress according to work unit expectations, routines and procedures.
Computer Skills – Understands and applies computer skills to complex word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, or database functions.
Written Communication – Creates basic documents using clear, concise and grammatically correct language in required format.
Verbal Communication – Actively listens and provides clear information in a polite and considerate manner.
Service Excellence: Demonstrates commitment in undertaking own duties and supporting the work of the area to the best of their ability.
Interpersonal Skills: Delivers information to team members, supervisors or customers in a polite, considerate and assured manner
Personal Qualities
Teamwork – Cooperate effectively with the team and work collaboratively to achieve work plan and goals.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a justice related field, procurement, finance, technology or human resources is desirable.

Ideal Degree/Discipline
In a Justice related field, Procurement Finance or Technology, Human Resources
Eligibility Requirements
Second last or final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Permanent residents and Australian citizens only
Identify as having disability
Candidates may be required to undergo a background check security clearance
