Step 1: Select Smart Card Login

Step 2: Select your PIV User Profile

Step 3: Select “OK”

Step 4: Enter your 6 digit Pin Number and Select “OK”

Step 5: Select “Desktop”

Step 6: Select “R05-VBApp Desktop”

Step 7: Select “Open”

Please Note: Depending on your System, this step may not be

necessary, if your system does not proceed to the next screen, please

click

Step 8: Click “OK” to the Security Warning

Step 9: Click “How do I sign into another user”

Step 10: Click “Sign In Options”

Step 11: Click on the Card Reade Icon and enter your 6 digit pin, then click on the arrow to the Right of your Pin Number

Step 12 : Select your PIV User Profile

Step 13 : Click Here

Step 14: Click “More choices”

Step 15 : Select (Authentication) (2nd One)

Step 16 : Select “OK”

Step 17 : Click “Log In”

Step 18 : Type Full SSN of the Veteran

Step 19 : Select “Open Profile”
