HAZARD POTENTIAL :

1. Finger injury / pinch.

2. Slip and fall.

PREPARATION AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT :

1. Inspect all handling tools & equipment to be use, ensure all equipment is properly tools for the job.

2. Use proper PPE & inspect / check PPE condition.

3. Review SOP before performing a job. Ensure all crews involved in a task understood job description & safety matter.

OPERATION :Responsible

Procedure install pennant wire to socket 1. Review SOP before the task begin.

2. The end of the new pennant wire must be cut so that the end of the wire is made into flat3. After that, the pennant wire inserted into the socket and the end of the wire is pulled out of the socket4. Then open the Pennant wire strand from each one to separate from one another so that equals the length of the hole socket5. Clean the wire that had separated completely and thoroughly cleaned with solvent as a final cleaning process, wait about an hour and be sure to have a separate wire is dry and clean6. Insert the tip of the wire strand has been opened into the socket7. After that, hang the socket and pennant wire in a safe place in a vertical position, in order to pour wire lock.8. Wire lock A & B should be mixed to combine well and make sure is ready for use.9. Close the top and bottom edge of the socket by using duck seal so that would not spill out of the socket10. Wait until 6 hours in order to get connected to the anchor.

2. Ujung dari pennant wire yang baru di potong dan dibuat datar.3. After that, the pennant wire inserted into the socket and the end of the wire is pulled out of the socket4. Setelah itu, pennant wire dimasukkan ke dalam socket dan ujung kawat ditarik keluar dari soket5. Kemudian buka untai pennant wire dari masing-masing untuk memisahkan diri dari satu sama lain sehingga sama dengan panjang lubang soket6. Bersihkan wire yang dipisahkan sepenuhnya dan dibersihkan dengan pelarut sebagai proses pembersihan akhir, menunggu sekitar satu jam dan pastikan untuk memiliki kawat terpisah kering dan bersih7. Masukkan ujung untai wire yang telah dibuka ke dalam soket8. Setelah itu, menggantung soket dan penant wire umbul di tempat yang aman dalam posisi vertikal, dalam rangka untuk menuangkan wire lock.9. Wire lock A & B harus dicampur dengan baik dan pastikan siap unutk dipakai.10. Tutup tepi atas dan bawah soket dengan menggunakan segel bebek sehingga tidak akan tumpah keluar dari soket11. Tunggu sampai 6 jam unutk bisa dipakai untuk memastikan wire lock udah kering
