TheformatforourSiteImprovementPlanwasdevelopedafterextensivereviewandconsultationduring2009.ItisintendedtoreflectthepowerfulorganisationalinfluencethattheUNESCOPillarsofLearninghaveonoursite.ThePreschoolprioritieswhilstembeddedinourplanarealsorepresentedseparatelyinthepre-schoolQualityImprovementPlan.TheGoverningCouncilandStudentVoicearealsorepresented.TheplancombinescurrentsiteissueswithPartnershipandDECDprioritiestoensurethatstudents,staffandparentsatNairneSchoolhavethegreatestopportunityforongoingandsignificantlearning.Itputslearningfirst.
