Jump-Starting Your Genealogical Research
Knowing where to start can, in many cases, save a
huge amount of your time and effort. Doing genealogy
was once a solitary task. There was no way to find out
who else, if anyone, was doing research on the same
families as you were. Today, with the numerous aids
that are available, it's a simple matter to find

colleagues with whom you can compare notes and
share discoveries! At our meeting, you'll have an
opportunity to try some of these methods for yourself,
online.
If you know of persons who would be interested in
attending, please feel free to invite them! This should
be an excellent opportunity for persons interested in
getting started in genealogy.
