DNA methylation
is an epigenetic
process
directly to prevent binding of transcription factors.
indirectly promoting structure 'closed'
chromatin.
the enzyme DNMT1 is involved in the establishment and regulation of methylation of specific cytokines from fabric patterns
DNA have ("CpG islands"), which are recognized by the enzyme DNA methyltransferase, which during DNA replication carbon 5 methylated cytosine of thenewly synthesized strand, thus maintaining the methylated state memory daughterDNA molecule
Gen DNMT1
In this study was important because it manages to have action on the stem cell to ensure in all sequences of dna methylation
They were able to identify that inhibir this factor which is the more important during the
metilation , to occurs a hypomethylationwhich leads to an improvement in patients

General objective
the objective of this study was to obtain the CD4 + and expose them ultraviolet rays and watch dose occurs a change in DNA methylation and that causes about patients with this reduction brings them taking into account the time of exposure dose and the improvement in symptoms, and if to obtain the result you can be beneficial to the patient and be able to include as a white effective therapeutic.

• A 20 mJ/cm². no alcanzo significación estadística.

CONCLUSION
• DNMT1 expression level is significantlypositive in SLE patients.
• The down regulation of DNMT1 mRNAexpression contributes to DNAhypomethylation.
• This project is very important for newtherapeutics targets.
• UVB DNA hypomethylation improve but aredose dependent.
