Paul Goddard and Glen Smith, at the Bristol IT MegaMeet 2013 Agile software development is taking the IT industry by storm. In a world where "concept to market" time is king, companies needed a different approach to product development. "Scrum" is a project management framework which allows skilled teams to delivery high-quality working products in an iterative, incremental fashion. Since it's creation in the late 1990's, Scrum has grown into the most recognised industry approach to agile project management.. This short talk will illustrate not only what Scrum is and how it can build great products, but also how it can be used to help teams learn together.
