A: If the runtime of an SAP MaxAttention or SAP Active Embedded engagement ends, the usage
rights for the focused solution (retrieved via the SAP MaxAttention / SAP Active Embedded status
and the appropriate setup service) expire.
The customer has two options on how to proceed:
1) Stop using focused solutions
2) Obtain the necessary usage rights through the SAP Store (https://www.sapstore.com)
- also valid if a customer without Premium Engagement want to use Focused Build or Focused
