oEZO Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance Adopted in 2002

oCounty Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance Adopted in 2006

Required 30% AH for Major Projects and 16% AH for Minor

Projects.

oInclusionary Zoning Ordinance amended in 2012 to reduce

the Percentage of AH Required to 15 % for Major Projects

and 8 % for Minor Projects.

the degree of affordability

Community College District Affordable Housing Requirements:

oAffordable Housing Plan required in all developments in Village, Fringe, Rural and Employment Center Zones

oFifteen percent (15%) of the total housing approved in the Master Plan required to be identified as Affordable Housing.

Community College Affordable Housing Requirements:

oIf an applicant exceeds the 5% in income ranges 1 or 2,

the requirement for higher income ranges reduced

oAH units are integrated into overall layout

oAH units must be phased like market units
