An e x p a n s i o n of i ts HD series of high capac i ty san i ta ry centrifu- gal p u m p s has been announced by T r i - C l o v e r Inc w i t h t h e in t roduc t ion of a heavy du ty model for high volume proces- sing appl ica t ions .

The company ' s T r i -F lo® C- 327 wide HD p u m p is des igned for high efficiency, low NPSH and shea r sensi t ive process ing a p p l i c a t i o n s . F l o w r a t e s to 500 gpm can be achieved.

The high volume, high effi- ciency capab i l i t i e s of the p u m p h e l p c o n t r i b u t e to e n e r g y savings. I ts ope ra t ing and main- t enance efficiency is enhanced th rough the use of h a r d e n e d seals as s t anda rd .

The C-327 wide HD p u m p meets 3A s t a n d a r d s for san i ta ry design. I t fea tures a po l i shed 316L impel ler , backp l a t e and cast cas ing with s t a n d a r d Tri- C l a m p ® connec t ions and full CIP c leaning capabi l i t ies .

The add i t i on of th is p u m p e x p a n d s the HD line to four m o d e l s f o r f l o w r a t e s t o 700 GPM a n d p r e s s u r e s to 125 psi.
