Challenges Encountered During the Execution

❖ Short period of execution❖ Difficult terrain conditions with soft sand and in many occasions sharp stones preventing us to move freely❖ Site Location❖ We started our activities with the heat stress time❖ Bad Weather conditions, sandstorms and high Wind❖ Unavailability of tools and small items in the local market

Measures and best practices and decisions taken to overcome the issues

❖ Having bigger number of experienced work force and qualified support staff to justify the short time frame❖ Proving our flexibility working 3 shifts for 2/3 of the execution period ❖ Take the lead and control the process , moving to different locations and areas with open front❖ Securing a workshop area on the field for timely maintenance of all equipment and tools.❖ Providing close camp accommodation and rest shelters on site as well appointed personal for providing cold water

and other support to our staff.

THANK YOU
