For the gateway station you will have to change the following fields:

SafeMobile Tetra Gateway Application is working only with LRRP Protocol:

Note: TETRA radios have their GPS refresh interval set in their codeplug so the value which is setup in Subscriber and User management (Administrative module) is not used.

Tetra Gateway application Check that the station is connected using a data cable (GMKN1022A for MTM800 or
newer for MTM5400) and not a programming cable! To start the Tetra Gateway application, you will double click the TetraGW shortcut.
In the opened window, you will select click “Connect”, after you have selected the serial communication port under “Port name” dropdown list.
● Status – indicates the current gateway satsys ● Last update – time of last radio data received ● Autoconnect – option is available, will apply to next restart of gateway
application.
Tetra Gateway console when first started, status disconnected. It shows the available ports (the serial ports in PC).

After connecting the radio station, the gateway console will display
messages about the state of gateway connection, gps , sms and others.
“Send keep Alive Request” console message The gateway checks the radio connection status and will try to reconnect if the radios is powered off or restarted (expected delay time at reconnection is 1030 seconds).

Gateway “Status” label will indicate current gateway activity:
● Serial port closed – awaiting user to select serial port and click “Connect” ● Serial port opened – connection with serial port established, looking for
attached radio ● Communication with radio established – ready to receive data from
radio network ● Failed to communicate with radio – failed to bind to radio, will retrying
every 30 sec.
● Last Update timestamp label is updated for every LRRP Trigger received (gps, sms, ars)
