Educational videogame 2D for pc, intended to children aged 7 to 11 years.

an environmental awareness are some of the stimuli for
reflection given at this stage of the game.
1st GAME: The player creates the character with which he
will play the game. This solution is aimed at reinforce the
involvement and return to the game in order to collect
other characters. The player, then, is brought to the Base
Camp, the city is “colorless” because the citizens ignore
each other, they have lost their humanity. Here the Player
shall familiarize with the use of the interface of the game
by solving tasks.
The Game begins with an animation made to present
the story and to involve the child, giving the stimulus to
raise an environmental and civic awareness. The player
first meets the character who will accompany him
during the adventure that he is going to experience.
Then he opens the GPS and finds a map
that shows the Mediterranean Basin where
he will have to complete various missions in
France, Spain, Greece and Maghreb.
5th Game: Wind Factory
(Reinforcement of ecological issues).
After this session, the town recovers all colors.
Then the Player goes to the School of Wisdom
to plant the first seed he has received, the Seed
of Friendship.
It should be stressed the symbolic value of colors = harmony = correct behaviour of
the citizens. In this case the Player is the originator of the newfound peace.
After each mission, the Player will receive more seeds
(SOLIDARITY, WISDOM, REFLECTION, RESEARCH)
which he will return to plant at the Base Camp.
Once retrieved, all these seeds (thanks to the harmony of a music game) will turn into beam-words
which will help to build the Bridge of Civilization that ROTARIO will cross to return to his native island.

PLOT: ROTARIO comes from a mysterious island in the Mediterranean Sea which emerges and sinks every
time that people lose their humanity.
The child, undoubted protagonist,
will enter a world in which he will have to
make several decisions that will influence the
course of the game. At the end of the game,
the child will find the LETTER from Rotario
and the extras (the game beyond the game).

But humans, even knowing its significance, enclosed
in their hearts, they have long since forgotten its
meaning. Only a pure heart will find it and reveal it
to the whole world.
This will allow ROTARIO to go back home quietly,
having accomplished his mission to teach that to
serve beyond self-interest is an advantage for all
mankind.
