ONE COPY OF THE OBSERVATION REPORT SHALLBE ATTACHED TO THE APPROVED PLANS. THE COPY ATTACHED TO THE PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED AND SEALED (WET STAMP) BY THE RESPONSIBLESTRUCTURAL OBSERVER OR THEIR DESIGNEE.
