• Besides social media, help customers drive
online sales with a custom fundraiser page• Example:
http://www.mixedbagdesigns.com/Ravens
• Why this works:• No need to add a Fundraiser ID when
shopping online - the custom landing
page links add the ID for them.
• It’s personal, and easy to remember -
post the link on flyers and social media
posts
*Note – currently custom pages only display on desktop computers, not mobile. However, on mobile
the account’s fundraiser ID is still added automatically.
• Tell accounts about this option with the template “I - Custom Online Store Instructions.”
Custom landing page for your customer
• USE A CUSTOM LINK This link adds the fundraiser ID
automatically! (if we create a custom landing page for them,
use that link instead)
www.mixedbagdesigns.com/?fundraiserid=XXXXXX - just
replace the XXXXXX with your fundraiser ID number.
• Example: If my ID was 333446, the link would be
www.mixedbagdesigns.com/?fundraiserid=333446
• Use pictures - 87% of a Facebook Page’s engagement
happens on photo posts
• In all social media posts, they should include what the
organization is raising money for, their fundraiser ID, important
dates & how to support them.

How customers can craft the perfect post
Tracking orders
If Chairs follow our
tips, orders will
come pouring in!
Chairs can track
their orders by
logging into the My
Fundraiser site and
clicking on your
current fundraiser.
Tracking orders
There is an “All
Orders” tab, and an
“Online Referrals”
tab, which only shows
online purchases.
What about the sellers?
Sellers can register online to track their online
sales!
Visit www.mixedbagdesigns.com/seller or click “Register” from the My Fundraiser Homepage. Instructions for this are on our parent lettertemplates.
From the Mixed Bag homepage, sellers click “Seller Tools,” or they can click “Seller Tools”
from the My Fundraiser Homepage.
Direct Seller Tools Link
Seller portal review:Sellers can register online to track their sales!
Visit www.mixedbagdesigns.com/seller or click “Register” from the My Fundraiser
Homepage. Instructions for this are on parent letters.
Seller portal The Seller Portal allows sellers
to track online referrals,
enter their catalog orders, or
both.
Not many customers choose to
have sellers enter their own
orders, so we made this option
less prominent.
Seller portal
• If you click “Track My Online
Referrals” you will see what’s
in my screenshot on the right.
• Promotional tools are below
the orders
Seller portal If a seller registers and they already have referral orders, the
orders will not show up instantaneously. Every 15 minutes a
background search will attempt to match sellers with online
referral purchases.
When a seller first clicks online referrals, there is a message
explaining that it takes a little while to match any potential orders
referring them, and to check back shortly. All the seller would
need to do is refresh about 20 minutes later and any orders
referring them would show up.
