Registration User Guide SLT/PEO TV Customers

Mobile Users

Mobile users can install the PEO TV Go App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Once the App is launched, it will display below screen.

To register click on the Click Here link.

PC and Laptop Users

PC and Laptop users can access this service by visiting: https://webapp.peotv.com

If you have a validation code, click on the click here link or select register now to create an account.

TV Users

TV users can access the web selfcare portal directly by visiting: https://selfcare.peotv.com

Click on LOGIN/REGISTER button on the top-right corner of the page to get registered.

Click on Create an Account to register.

Registration Process

Select the preferred option and click Proceed.

Recommendation:

Existing PEO TV Customers seeking a multiscreen experience are recommended to select PEO TV

Go (for existing PEO TV Customers) option.

SLT customers seeking an on the go TV experience are recommended to select PEO TV Go (For

Everyone) option.

If PEO TV Go (For existing PEO TV Customers) option is selected the following screen will be displayed.

Enter 11 digit (excluding +94) SLT land line number

Enter 10 digit SLT Account number (SLT Account number is mentioned in the monthly bill or call 1212 from the SLT land line number to check account number.)

If PEO TV Go (For Everyone) option is selected the following screen will be displayed.

Select the relevant option and click on Proceed.

Note that your subscription charges will be billed upon the option selected.

If you have selected one of the SLT User options, the subscription charges will be added to your monthly

SLT bill.

If SLT LTE Broadband User or SLT LTE Voice User option is selected, the following screen will be displayed.

Enter 11 digit (excluding +94) SLT land line number

Enter 10 digit SLT Account number (SLT Account number is mentioned in the monthly bill or call 1212 from the SLT land line number to check account number.)

If SLT Fibre or SLT Megaline option is selected, the following screen will be displayed.

Enter 10 digit SLT land line number and 10 digit SLT Account number (SLT Account number is mentioned in the monthly bill or call 1212 from the SLT land line number to check account number.)

Once the Account is validated the following screen with Personal Details will be displayed

Telephone number, SLT Account number, Address, Access Medium and Mobile number will

automatically appear in text boxes.

Enter a valid and active mobile number (10 digit number) if the number shown is incorrect or if the

field is blank. The Validation code, System PIN and the Verification code will be sent to this number.

A valid email address should be entered and this email address will be recorded as the username

for the Selfcare account.

It is required to create and confirm a password as login password for the Selfcare account.

A verification code will be sent to the above mobile number once submitted. This code has to be

entered in the next step as Verification code.

Enter the 6-digit Verification Code sent via SMS and click Submit to proceed.

Use ‘Resend OTP’ link to get a new Verification code if required.

Package Selection screen will be displayed upon verifying OTP.

1. PEO TV Go (For existing PEO TV Customers)

If the customer selected option is PEO TV Go (For existing PEO TV Customers), the displayed package will

be based on the current PEO TV base package in use (Ex: PEO Gold customers will see PEO Gold Package

with entitled channels).

• PEO TV Go 100

The offer will be available for existing PEO TV customers only.

2. PEO TV Go (For Everyone)

If PEO TV Go (For everyone) option is selected, the following screen will be displayed.

Select the preferred package from the package selection section.

• PEO TV Go 350

Package includes a variety of local and international channels, music, movies and education on demand

content on PEO TV Go GEN + Two (02) Devices

Rs. 350/= (+Taxes)

• PEO TV Go 599

Package includes a variety of local and international channels, music, movies and education on demand

content on PEO TV Go GEN + Two (02) Devices + 30 GB PEO TV Go Data Bundle.

Rs. 599/= (+Taxes)

Monthly service subscription fee and the list of entitled channels will be displayed on screen.

Click on the check box, agreeing to the PEO TV Go Terms and Conditions and click Submit to proceed.

Note: It is required to purchase the OTT Set-Top-Box from SLT to enjoy this service on TV.

Account creation is successful, and the validation code will be displayed as follows. Click the “Close” button to go to the next step.

Validation code is required to log-in to the App for the first time. The Validation code will be emailed and will also be sent to the mobile number captured under Personal

Details section.

Now the PEO TV Go app is ready to use.

In order to access and use the Selfcare Account, click on the link sent to the email address entered, to verify username.

Launching the App for the first time after Registration

Mobile Users

Launch the App, enter the validation code and click on Validate to proceed.

With the Selfcare Account you can manage all your purchases and essential PEO TV Go Account facilities.

Default PIN

The Default PIN provided to the account is 1234. Use this when logging into the PEO TV Go APP.

Default PIN can be changed through the User Pin option on the Settings section of the App, once logged in.

PC and Laptop Users

Visit https://webapp.peotv.com/ and use the Validation code to sign up.

Refer “www.peotv.com/ > PEO TV Go > How To Use Web App” for more details.

TV Users

Launch the TV App and use the Validation code to get access. The Default PIN provided to the account is

1234.

Note: It is required to purchase the OTT Set-Top-Box from SLT to enjoy this service on TV.

Accessing Selfcare Portal

Use the URL https://selfcare.peotv.com to access the PEO TV Go Selfcare.

Click on Forgot Password link to reset password if required.

With the Selfcare Account you can manage all your purchases and essential PEO TV Go Account facilities.

Important Index

Username:

A Valid email address

Selfcare Account:

Account that is used to manage PEO TV Go Services (Content purchases, Profile details, Passwords, Add or

Remove Devices, Unsubscribe) via Web.

Verification Code:

One Time Password (OTP) sent to the Mobile as a SMS to verify the mobile number entered.

Validation Code:

An authorization code, sent by the System granting access to PEO TV Go Service.

Default PIN:

Default access code to log into the PEO TV Go App. This can be changed through SETTINGS on PEO TV Go

App.

Parental PIN:

Manage the channels and content with a PIN that restricts the information from being accessed by

children.
