Recess at NC in Spring

2nd and 3rd grade collaborative writing project
After lunch we go to recess. We play football and kickball.
The boys play sports while the girls jump rope. It is about 60 degrees. It last about 30 minutes. The weather is usually sunny. When it rains we can't go out for a few days because of the mud puddles. We play 7 up or Good Morning Mr. Judge when it rains.
We wear shirts, sweaters, shorts and flip flops. We have to get the football before we can play. We play on the
monkey bars and swing on the swings.
We also play tag and race. It does not get below 0 often. It is usual hot and sunny. We slide on the slide. I love recess!!!! I wonder if everyone loves recess?
