Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts are helpful in increasing the speed and efficiency in your workflow. Learning a few

commonly used shortcuts will be beneficial in saving you time.

The following are common keyboard shortcuts:

F12 – launches the Save As dialog box

ESC – pressing ESC will cancel a current action

CTRL + N – opens a new Word document

CTRL + A – selects the entire document for edit or formatting
