IFL: follow grounding rules, drip loops, seal all building

Peaking: use beam-balance method, watch out fo lockdown shifts.

Cross-pol: use nulling method. Always check with NOC.

Follow rules for transmitting! Get NOC permission first, unless

automatic operation is allowed.

Tighten all fasteners, weatherseal all connectors, clean up the

site.
