LOR’s Modular Emerging Proposition

• The new Modular Housing System is under development

• Committed to delivering a modular housing system for over 5 years and

have continually invested into product development to ensure the highest

quality

• The early inception of the product has been focused on the

residential market, but with opportunities for other sectors in the

future

• Modular off site housing solution designed to deliver apartment blocks at

20 stories through to single story one off houses.

• Steel framed solution to be manufactured in a new facility at EIP. The

modules will have all internal fittings and finishes installed, external

cladding, windows, doors and contain packaged furniture.

• Prototypes for apartments and a house were completed in

September & December 2014

• A new Advanced Manufacturing Facility is proposed at our Explore

Manufacturing site in Worksop

• Subject to above modular homes could be available to the market by

early 2017

• We will design , provide offsite manufactured components and construct 633

residential units, 1200 sq m of office, restaurant and cinema

• Construction will begin in Winter 2015

• Opening to coincide with opening of Whitechapel Crossrail in 2019
