Situation

• Patient desires: – improved retention of prosthesis in the upper jaw

• Diagnosis:– Ill fitting prosthesis in upper jaw

– Severe atrophy in UJ (Div D, Misch)

• Treatment plan:– Quad zygoma, delayed loading, overdenture
