A preliminary assessment of the budget and informal sponsorship interests gives REANNZ comfort that the 26th APAN meeting would be able to cover its running costs. Based on:

• Nominal US$300 registration; 200 attendees and 50 students

• Sponsorship from network and equipment suppliers plus co hosting by Government research and education agencies

• Venue costs, delegate packs, dinner and other social functions plus conference administration
