Abstract
This paper is concerned about the study of project management for renovating of Tesco Lotus
department store in Saraburi Branch. The job delivery problem is not on time under the resource management of operation time, labor and machines/equipments. These conditions originate from no good
planning. So, we aim to renovate Tesco Lotus becomes Tesco Lotus Extra within delivery time. Applying
the PERT/CPM technique is analyzed for project management by Microsoft Project program. The historical data of 3 branchs is applied by Pharam 3, Bangna and Nawanakhorn branch. The results of
delivery time planning are improved about 60-70%. Therefore, the planning result of Tesco Lotus in Saraburi branch will spend 176 days, which suppose to be very closed operation time in practical.
