PREAMBLE

• The call for research initiatives in Africa wasimplemented by African Accounting and FinanceAssociation (AAFA )in collaboration with PanAfrican Federation of Accountants (PAFA). 97abstracts were received. First round selected top10 for full paper development. Second roundselection was done to get the top 5. The top 3were sponsored to African Congress ofAccountants (ACOA) in Uganda 2nd – 6th May,2017 Speke Hotel, Uganda.
