• The goal is to propose a • management model for the transport of agro-
industrial waste from the harvesting of sugar cane from the field to the collection site.
- Know the operations management or logistics of harvesting sugar cane in sugar mills general
- Describe the characteristics, uses and management that are giving crop residues of sugar cane in various countries and in Colombia, especially in the Ingenio Manuelita.
- Identify technologies that are being used or have been used at national or international transport of agro-industrial waste from the field.
11/02/2010
• Develop a model to make a decision to minimize travel to major estates and maximizing resources and equipment to use.
• Evaluated using the simulation model to optimize the transport of waste.
• And finally, design a support system for making decisions in the process of transporting the waste from sugar cane.
