1) Must have implemented Degree Audit

2) Get buy-in from Deans and Directors

3) Maintain a great relationship with School Administrative Assistants

4) Plan ahead and allow plenty of time

5) Stagger data requests so faculty and admin assistants aren’t overwhelmed

6) The more that can be completed in advance, the more utility and benefits for students and advisors
