Table of Contents

Inherent criss-crossings of the urban fabric laid the fan-shaped grid for the building. Through overlapping the complex array of programs, this project attempts to fuse an institutional environment with a public retail one, in order to promote public learning as well as education with constant real-life obervations and public feedback.
