How it Works

Enforcement

The Officer locates the member card either hanging from the mirror or…

…on the dashboard.

The member number is large and easy to read.

Officer calls 888-310-7275, enters the member number and a special code…

The Voice Response System will then tell the officer if the member has paid for a parking space and the code paid for.

The Officer can then verify the lot number and code on the space the member is parked in.

Or on the meter for that space.

Officer may then write the ticket if the member is in violation.

Member Dials 1-888-310-7275 to connect tothe Integrated VoiceResponse System.(IVR)

Database

The IVR prompts member for member number and Parking Space and/or Lot number ofpurchase. IVR tells member the price for the designated unit. Member confirms thepurchase by entering their PIN number. If there is a combination number or code to beprovided for this purchase it is read back to member after transaction is confirmed.

Purchase information is entered into a central database where purchases areaccumulated until the end of month. Member is then billed monthly for all purchases.

Web site provides Members andClients a history of purchases andrelated information.

Enforcement unit is able to call to verify purchase was made by member.

Enforcement unit is able to wirelessly connect to web site and view alist to verify purchase was made by member.
