Paris, France

By: Marissa M.

My ProjectMy project is about finding a new place to live if I could no longer live in the United States. I have picked Paris, France to live in. The characteristics I looked for were mainly economy, attractions, and food. I need to live in a place that fits what I need. Paris has good food, a booming economy, and many places to go to.

Economy Paris truly has a great, working

economy. High finance, luxury tourist goods, banking and more is included in this great economy. The Euro is the French Currency. There are 100 cents in a Euro. 1 United States dollar is equal to 0.77 Euro. France is among the top six world economy's.

Food One thing France is known for is

definitely it’s food. You can get almost anything, from just plain pizza to a fancy cheese. There are even over 300 kinds of cheese! A lot of people go to Paris to get some of the best food in the World. This is definitely one highlight of moving to or taking a trip to Paris, France!

Attractions This is the place to go when it comes

to attractions. The Eiffel tower, Louvre, Palace, of Versailles, Notre Dame and Mont Saint-Michel are just a few things, all in Paris or just right outside of Paris. Even a Disneyland Paris is included in this touristy city. This is what you would definitely call, “The place to be”.

Fun Facts The croissant wasn’t invented in

France, but in Austria! Paris’s most visited attraction isn’t

even the Eiffel tower, but Disneyland Paris

There are two miniature Statue of Liberty’s in Paris

There are more dogs in Paris then there are children!
