Specifications:The P110 Gas Type A 1 deck composition is comprised of one (1) independent, double layered (“sandwich”) refractory brick floor baking chamber with a maximum temperature of 840°F, a leavening compartment with thermostat and lighting and an aluminized steel hood cover. The chamber is made up of aluminized steel. The special double refractory brick deck floor, with a rear center vacuum, evenly distributes heat upwards along the sides, falling back onto the baking product, that guarantees efficient heat distribution throughout, making the P110 Gas model an ideal deck oven for all your baking needs. The temperature controls are electronic. The chamber door is bottom hinged with a wide tempered glass window for constant visual monitoring during the baking process. The leavening compartment is comprised of stainless steel, fitted with a 150°F manual thermostat, internal lighting and slide guides for baking sheets. The leavening compartment can be used for prepping and temporary heated storage. The leavening compartment doors have magnetic fasteners for secure closure. The door handles are made of high quality ceramic.

Specifications:The P110 Gas Type B 3 deck composition is comprised of three(3) independent, double layered (“sandwich”) refractory brick floor baking chambers with a maximum temperature of 840°F, a leavening compartment with thermostat and lighting and an aluminized steel hood cover. The chambers are made up of aluminized steel. The special double refractory brick deck floor, with a rear center vacuum, evenly distributes heat upwards along the sides, falling back onto the baking product, that guarantees efficient heat distribution throughout, making the P110 Gas model an ideal deck oven for all your baking needs. The temperature controls are electronic. The chamber doors are bottom hinged with a wide tempered glass window for constant visual monitoring during the baking process.
