Line a bread pan with wax paper.
Add 1” layer of Traverse City Cherry Fudge ice cream in the bottom of the pan.
Add a layer of cherry pie filling, whipped cream, and crushed cookies on top.
Freeze until firm.
Repeat steps 3/4 until the pan is full.
To serve, remove from the pan by pulling up on the wax paper.
Place the cake on a serving tray and slice!

Spread softened ice cream into an even layer in pre-packaged graham cracker pie crust.
Freeze until firm.
In a chilled bowl, beat whipping cream with mixer on high.
Refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, and sugar with mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and chopped peanut butter cups, then refrigerate.
Place mixture over hardened ice cream.
Top with whipped cream and remaining peanut butter cups.Optional: Drizzle with chocolate sauce.

Mix and bake brownie mix in a greased springform pan.
Cool thoroughly and spoon on a layer of softened ice cream, followed by alayer of whipped topping and mini chocolate chips.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Repeat with another layer of ice cream.
Freeze 4 - 6 hours or until ready to serve.
To serve, remove from pan and place on serving platter.
Heat hot fudge topping and pour over cake, then slice and serve!
