2."Price protection: The Developer guarantees that the Price quoted at the time of booking, will not decrease for 12 next months. In the event, the purchaser submits a proof of sale by the Developer at a lesser rate than at the time of booking (within the span of the 12 months), then the Developer will refund the differential amount i.e. difference between your booking amount and other booking done at a lesser rate. The refund will be done as per the timelines of policy of House of Hiranandani and shall be subject to submission of the supporting proof by the customer. “Price” excludes any statutory dues and other charges as detailed in the application form."
3. "Free lookout period shall mean a period of 60 days from the date of payment of booking amount.Customers opting for online payment of the booking amount of the unit without visiting the site will be entitled to pay the balance booking amount during the free lookout period. In the event the customer cancels booking during the Free Lookout Period, then booking amount shall be refunded without any forfeiture or cancellation charges. Any cancellation beyond the Free Lookout Period would attract forfeiture and cancellation charges as per policy of House of Hiranandani.In the event of a customer visiting the site during the Free Look Out period, the Free Lookout Period shall stand reduced to 10 days from the date of site visit."
