RoHS-Compliant
The CRK Series with a built-in controller is a compact, space saving stepping motor and driver package with apowerful, feature-rich controller built-in. The driver supportsstandalone operation or RS-485 communications withmulti-drop capability for network operation and I/O control.
• High-resolution motor, 0.36º/step or 0.72º/step • Direct command entry - from terminal, PLC ormaster controller.
• Standalone operation - running storedprograms selected via I/O.
• Variable data - any settable parameter or variablevalues entered/changed via direct entry from a hostwill be used by the stored sequence.
• High-torque motors, 1.3~1.5 times more torque than conventional type• Lower vibration• Increased positional accuracy, up to 0.036º (2 arc min)with 0.36º motors
• Multi-Drop up to 16 units• PLC or PC based programming• Warning, Alarm and Error messaging
• Repetitive positioning• Stopping via sensor input• Continuous operation at variable speeds• Linked motion• Mechanical /electrical return to home• PLS-OUT function - drive a second driver with thesame pulse count as the first motor

Feature
A high-resolution type offers higher positioningaccuracy with the basic step angle of 0.36º /step.
A high-torque motor has approx. 1.3~1.5 timesmore torque when compared to a standard 5-phasestepping motor.
The basic model offering a good balance of torqueand low vibration/noise characteritics.
Geared stepping motors are effective for inertiareduction, increasing torque, higher resolution andsuppressing vibration. Five gear ratios are available.Backlash 10~60 arc minute (0.167º~1º)
