Ingredients:• 8 Oreos • 1 oz. cream cheese• 8 large strawberries• Ghirardelli Dipping Chocolate • 2 Oreos or sprinkles, for topping (optional)

Supplies:• Food processor or blender• Baking sheet• Wax paper

Direction:1. Put the Oreos and cream cheese in a food processor or blender. Process until a thick paste forms and everything is well blended.2. Lineabakingsheetwithwaxpaper.Scoopballsoftrufflemixtureontothebakingabout.(1ball=approx.1/2Tbsp.) Chill while prepping the strawberries.3. Washanddrythestrawberries.Cutthestemoffthetopofthestrawberry.Usingamelonballer,scoopoutthecenter.4. Melt Ghirardelli Dipping Chocolate in the microwave. Stir the chocolate every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. 5. Crush 2 Oreos in a plastic bag for the topping (optional) or use chocolate sprinkles. Set aside.6. PlaceanOreotruffleinsideeachstrawberry.DipthetopsoftheOreotrufflestrawberryinthemeltedchocolate. Sprinkle crushed Oreo, sprinkles or both on top!7.
