On hand is plaintiffs second motion to serve summons to Defendant Alberto B. Rezano at his newly discovered address Roxas Street, Barangay Curifang, Nueva Vizcaya, which is the house of his co-defendants father ( Salvador Paladin).

Finding the reason stated in the motion to be meritorious, the same is GRANTED. The Process Server of this Court is hereby directed to execute such service of summons at plaintiffs expense and to make a report thereon within three (3) days from service.
