Many things you’ll learn in the training that you’ll never experienced in school. This depends upon the type of project on which the trainee will be working and the skill level of the trainee. For instance, if you are working on a design project with a relatively inexperienced or new-to-the-project trainee, you may ask question on mentor/employee who has worked on some of your design projects in the past and their just willing to help you.

And lastly, always be courteous to the others on the field and honest especially if you don’t know something just tells them the truth that you don’t know.
