ProblemsofusingECNas“load”

• ModerncontrollerssuchasDCTCPconvergeathighmarkingprobabilities.

• Thetheory(e.g.NetworkUtilityMaximization(NUM))needsanadditivesignal;aproductvaluedeviatesmuchinhighmarkingprobabilities(>0.04)!
