NLG monitors market trends and provides in-depth analysis of tenant credit, cap rates, and sales transactions.

LDSG provides comprehensive valuation and consulting studies on site selection, feasibility, highest and best use, land utilization, land-use planning, and marketability.

HSG works on a wide variety of valuation assignments including market value appraisals of the real estate, FMV studies for Stark, and Anti-kickback Fair Market Value.
