History comes to life at North Trail Elementary during the annual Wax Museum. Fourth grade students research a historical figure and then bring them back to life at the event.

FOURTH GRADE WAX MUSEUM NORTH TRAIL ELEMENTARY – MARCH 15, 2013

Parents and visitors line-up in the entry way of the school for the event. Over 200 were expected to attend.

Students waited patiently for someone to push the button to activate their speech. Here’s one of the older figures, Leonardo da Vinci.

Famous explorer, conservationist and filmmaker Jacques Cousteau dropped by for a visit.

Frontiersman Daniel Boone takes time for a photo!

Famous Explorer Meriwether Lewis took time off from his expeditions to attend the Wax Museum.

The walls in the team areas displayed the reports the students prepared on their characters.

Sacagawea stayed in character as the camera zoomed in!

How’s that for a hat on President Abraham Lincoln? You can see the students needed to stay focused with other characters close by.

Then….we have Whitney Houston, one of the newest members of the Wax Museum family.
