The client: Home to 11,460 people and many businesses the city of North St.Paul is known for their industrial history, misleading location and snowman land mark.
My role: sole creative
Problem: Residents of the surrounding cities know little about the Downtown North St.Paul shopping district and North St.Paul history.
Solution: Strengthen the Cities brand by developing North St.Paul Branded light-pole banners and historic moment banners placed throughout the North St.Paul area and entrance locations.
