The Rev. Patrick McHugh offici-ated in the presence of 125 guests.

Given in marriage by her fath-er, the bride wore** a floor lengthgown of white Chantiliy lace withlong sleeves, and a bustle ln theback which flowed into a train.Tbe neckline was trimmed withseed pearls. Her butterfly veilwas held by a crown of seedpearls, end she carried a bouquetof white roses.

Mrs. Joanne Vandekieft ofHuntington sister of the bride,

was matron-of-honor. Her floor-length gown was of moss greenand she wore a matching bowhat with a circular veil. Shecarried a bouquet of Fall flow-ers to match her gown.

Tbe bridesmaids were MissMeredith Kiefer of Patchogueand Mrs. Bonlta Chance ofPatchogue. Their gold gownswere similar to the matron-of-honor's and they wore matchingbow hats with veils. They carriedbouquets of Fall flowers tomatch their gowns.

Roy Flynn of Sayville, a broth-er of tbe bridegroom, was bestman. The ushers were John Pow-ers of Patchogue and JamesBrandt of Sayville.

Lorraine Mae McNeice was theflower girl. Her cranberry-col-ored gown was like the otherattendants. Jacques VandeKieftwas the ring bearer.

About 125 guests were presentat a reception held at AmvetsHall, Patchogue, immediatelyfollowing the ceremony. Musicwas furnished by Jimmy JeansBand.

Mr. and Mrs. Flynn left forMaine where they spent a week.Upon their return they are re-siding in Islip.

The bride is a graduate ofPatchogue Senior High School,class of 1961, and Is employedby Continental Insurance Com-pany in Patchogue.

Her husband attended SayvilleHigh School and is employedby the Utility Construction Cor-poration ln Rockaway.

daughter of Mr. and Mrs. JohnSosnicki of 19 Baker Street, Pat-chogue, became the bride ofPaul Frank Raione, son ot Mr.and Mrs. Walter Mayer of 1Academy Court, Patchogue, at2 p.m. Saturday in St. Francisde Sales R. C. Church, Pat-chogue. THe Rev. Patrick Mc-Hugh officiated.

Given in marriage by her fath-er, the bride wore floor-lengthgown with long lace sleeves anda scalloped neckline. Sequinscovered the gown. The full skirtwas two-tiered with roses aroundthe first tier. Herveil was heldby a high crown of pearls withtiny droplets of crystal. She car-ried a colonial bouquet of roses.

Miss Grace Cushman of IslipTerrace was maid-of-honor. Hergown was of orchid satin, fash-ioned with a round wide neck-line and three-quarter sleeves.She wore a matching veiled hat.

The bridesmaid was Miss Su-san Sosnicki of West Islip.Her pink gown was almost toidentical to the maid-of-honor*s

The bride Is a graduate ofPatchogue High School, class of1963. The bridegroom is alsoa graduate of Patchogue HighSchool, class of l96l , and ispresently employed at LambdaElectronics.

ChurchCenter Moriches, at 2 p.m. No-vember 24 Miss Suzanne OrmsbyScott, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.James Ormsby Scott of Old NeckRoad, Center Moriches, becamethe bride of Mark Allen Fitz-patrick , son of Mr. and Mrs.Allen Fitzpatrick of LocustStreet, East Moriches. The dou-ble ring ceremony was performedby the Rev. MathhewWisniewskL

Escorted to the altar by herfather the bride wore a whiteItalian silk faille gown. The fit-ted bodice had a beaded mid-riff , a scoop neckline and long

tapered sleeves. The bell-shapedfloor-length gown terminated ina chapel train. Her four-tieredsilk illusion veil was attachedto a crystal and seed pearl crownand she carried a cascade bou-quet of phaelanopls.

Miss Valerie Briggs of EastPatchogue, a cousin of the bride,was mald-of-honor. She worea royal blue peau de soie sheathwith amatching full length over-sklrt.and a triple bow with a cir-cle veil. She carried an oldfashioned bouquet of light bluepompoms.

The bridesmaid was Miss Eliz-abeth Kochlin of Center Mor-iches. She wore a Lucerne bluepeau de soie gown made thesame as the maid-of-honor's.Her matching triple bow had acircle veil and she carried anold fashioned bouquet of deepblue pompoms.

Daniel K aloski of Morichesserved as best man. The usherwas Jerry Blrnkrant of theBronx.

A reception for 85 guests washeld at Ragone's Restaurant,Montauk Highway, Mastic. Thecouple will reside In Shirley.

The bride graduated from Cen-ter Moriches High School andis attending Parson's School ofDesign in New York City. Herhusband is employed at; theBrookhaven National Laboratory.

CARROLL-HENRYGrace A.M.E. Zion Church,

Patchogue, was the setting forthe wedding of Miss JeannetteHenry, daughter of. Mr. and Mrs.George Henry of Barbara Lane,Gordon Heights, and Samuel Car-roll, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rich-ard Carroll, Sr., of Patchogue.The Rev. Thedore Howard per-formed the double ring ceremonyat 3:30 p.m. Saturday in thepresence Qf 130 guests, beforethe altar decorated w^th whitegladioli and mixed flowers.Bridal bows adorned the reservedpews. The traditional weddinghymn was played by Miss Car-olyn Dinkins.

Given in marriage by her fath-er, the bride wore a whiteChantiliy lace street-length gownfashioned with a scoop necklineand having a fitted bodice andlong sleeves. The skirt, also ofChantiliy lace, was draped witha white taffeta bustle. Her pearlcrown was centered with a whiterose, which held her fingertipveil. She carried a white Biblewith three white carnations onit.

The maid-of-honor -was MissBarbara Mills of the Bronx, acousin of the bride. She worea gold satin street-length gownwith a scoop neckline and shortsleeves. She wore a gold crownwith a small veil and carrjed acascade bouquet of yellow andwhite roses.

The bridesmaid was Miss June

Simpson of the Bronx, wearing agreen satin street length gown,with a jzreen crown and a smallveil. She carried a bouquet ofyellow and white roses.

The Lest ruin was Melvln Rob-inson and the usher was John Col-son of Coram.

Following the ceremony a re-ception for over 100 guests washeld at the V.F.W. Hall in Hag-erman.

The bride is a graduate of theEarl Vandermeulen High School,Port Jefferson. The bridegroomattended Patchogue High School.

Mr. and Mrs. Carroll are re-siding in Ferryman's Place, eastof Granny Road.

BENEDETTO-STEINAFFEL

The Blessed Sacrament Churchof Bayside was the scene of thewedding of Miss Katherine Stein-affel , daughter of Mr. and Mrs.Leo Steinaffel of Bayside andLongfellow Drive, Mastic Beach,and Joseph Benedetto, son of Mr.and Mrs. Joseph Benedetto ofLexington Road, Shirley, at the10:30 mass November 30. TheAve Maria was sung by a bar-itone, and the altar and pewswere decorated with flowers.

Given in marriage by her fath-er, the bride wore a white bro-caded taffeta floor-length gown.Her shoulder-length veil washeld by a seeded pearl crownand she carried white orchids.

Miss Katherine Bolen of Bay-Side was maid-of-honor and worea floor-length jade green taffeta

Mrs. Joseph Benedettogown with a velvet bodice. Shecarried yellow tea roses.

The bridesmaids, Miss MariaLembo of Ozone Parte, Miss Lor-etta Riedell of Flushing andMiss Gladys Evans of QueensVillage and Mastic Beach, weredressed like the maid-of-honor.

The best man was John Ben-edetto, brother of the bride-groom. The ushers were JamesMiller and William Segelken ofMastic Beach an James Wardof Hempstead.

ter of Mr. and Mrs. Santo Pel-liccia of 243 Berkshire Drive,Farmingville, became tlie brideof William Korman, son of Mr.and Mrs. Raymond R. Kormanof 438 Townllne Road, Haup-pauge, at 3 p.m. November 17 atSt. Sylvester 's R.C. Church,Medford. The Rev. ChristopherDonahue performed the weddingceremony In the presence of125 guests. The altar was decor-ated with sprays of chrysanthe-mums and pompons and whitesatin bows and flowers were onthe pews.

Given ln marriage by herfather, the bride wore a longsheath gown of imported silkpeau de sole and Brussels lace.The fitted bodice had a sweet-heart neckline and traditionallong sleeves. The neckline andbodice had appliques of Brusselslace adorned with tiny seed

pearls. The long skirt had aninverted dip ln the front hemlineand a band of Brussels lacewith motifs of seed pearls. Thedetachable cathedral train had ascalloped border of Brussels lacewhich cascaded to the end of thetrain. A large Obie bow of peaude soie was caught up at theback of the waist. She wore asculptured orchid headpiece ofBrussels lace with a six-tieredscalloped veil. She carried a cas-cade bouquet of large white chry-santhemums.

Mrs. Carolyn Dalton of Farm-ingville, a sister of the bride,was matron-of-honor. She worea floor-length gold satin sheathwith a hobble overskirt and hav-ing a fitted bodice with a scoopneckline and three - quartersleeves. Her neadpiece was awhite fur pillbox. She wore amatching cape and carried amatching muff with chrysanthe-mums.

The bridesmaids were Mrs.Phyllis Stordeur of Selden, MissMarilyn Pelliccia , Miss CamlllePelliccia and Miss Joann Pel-leccla of Farmingville, all sis-ters of the bride. Their emeraldgreen gowns were styled like thematron-of-honor's and they worematching accessories.

Robert Mirtarlk of Smithtownwas best man. The ushers wereWilliam Caputo of Babylon, Ger-ald Parr of Hauppauge, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, andPaul Goebel of Plainview andRaymond Goebel of Bay Shore,both cousins of the bridegroom.

The flower girls were GinaPelliccia and Gloria Dalton , whowere dressed like the matron-of-honor. Gregory Parr was the ringbearer.

A cocktail hour was held at 6p.m. at Vernon Valley Inn In EastNorthport, followed by a recep-tion and dinner at 7 p.m. for 150guests. Music was by Buddy SandyQuintet. Buddy Sandy is the pro-fessional name of the bride'sfather .

Mr. and Mrs. Korman left byplane for Miami Beach, wherethey spent two and a half weeks.They are now residing in River-head.

The bride is a beautician anda graduate of theBeauty School ofSuffolk, Bay Shore.

The bridegroom is a graduateof Hudson High School and is as-sistant manager of the HouseholdFinance Corporation in Sayville.

Miss Barbara A. Thompson,daughter of Mrs. Alice Thomp-son of 751 Narragansett Avenue,East Patchogue, became the brideof Dominick Capobianco, son ofMr. and Mrs. Mario Capobianco,of Montauk Highway, Brookhaven.The nuptial mass was celebratedat 11 a.m. November 9 in MaryImmaculate R .C. Church, Bell-port. The Rev. Thomas Manning,officiated before the altar decor-ated with vases of white pompons.The reserved pews had bows ofwhite satin ribbon and pompon,and the center aisle has a whitesatin runner.

The bride, who was given inmarriage by her uncle, JosephLaboska of Brooklyn, wore awhite Chantiliy lace and silk or-ganza, floor-length gown. Thebouffant skirt had a three-tiered

Chantiliy lace overskirt flowinginto a chapel train. The fittedlace bodice had long taperingsleeves and scalloped neckline.Her elbow-length rolled-edgedveil was held in place by a leafeffect lace crown and she car-ried a bride's prayer book andglamellias.

The maid-of-honor was MissCathryn Thompson of East Patch-ogue, sister of the bride. She worea royal blue satin sheath with afloor-length satin overskirt. Thelong-sleeved fitted bodice had ascooped neckline Her headpiecewas a roya l blue satin rose andshe carried a boaquet of whitepompons and royal blue glamel-lias

Miss Carmela Angrisanl ofEabt patchogue and Miss Con-stance Mormile of Brooklyn werethe bridesmaids. Their gowns andheadpieces of powder blue satinwere fashioned like that of themaid-of-honor. They carriedbouquets of pompoms and powderblue glamellias

The best man was Daniel Ro-sati of Providence , R.I. and theushers were William Smith ofMoriches and Alexander Lan-setta of Brooklyn.
