Welcome to Lone Star College-North Harris! Whether you are attending college for the first time or completing a degree or certificate, LSC-North Harris has incredible opportunities to help you complete your educational goals. No matter where you are on your academic journey, I am pleased that you chose LSC-North Harris for your education.
Here at LSC-North Harris we continue to grow our programs and expand our facilities. During this academic year, you will see several projects that will enhance your experience as a student. Outside of our classrooms, we saw a transformation of the LSC-North Harris campus this year with the completion of our Construction and Skilled Trades Technology Center. This October, we will celebrate with a grand opening of this building which will serve as a Center of Excellence in the areas of applied technology.
With the addition of the Construction and Skilled Trades Technology Center, we are expanding our program offerings to include Electrical Technology and new to LSC, we
will be one of only a handful of community colleges offering a Bachelor of Applied Technology.
We are proud to serve our diverse student population and provide the community with a skilled and educated workforce. There are a myriad of services and extracurricular programs available to you on campus and I encourage you to take advantage of them. The more integrated into the life of the college you become, the more rewarding your
time here will be.
It is my hope that you have a great experience at LSC-North Harris – both academically and personally. The faculty and I are here to ensure that your student experience is nothing short of outstanding, so please let us know how we can work together to help you accomplish your goals. Best wishes,
Gerald F. Napoles, Ph.D.President, Lone Star College-North Harris
