Notes We decided to make a co�ee liqueur that really celebratesthe natural bitterness of co�ee beans and the New Orleans tradition of adding chicory into theirroasts. We use over 40 lbs of co�ee beans, customroasted at Orleans Co�ee Exchange, for ever 50 gallonbatch. It has so much co�ee, a little bit of oil sticks to theneck of the bottle, making a unique “brulee” e�ect.

All Bittermens Sprits are produced by Bittermens sta at Mazza Chautauqua Cellars in Mayville, NY (near Erie, PA).

Bittermens Spirits contain no glycerin, arti cial colors, arti cial avors or propylene glycol.

Bittermens sources primarily organic or wild harvested botanicals for use in its products.
