Navigate to Taskforce Area by Selecting Group

Select the appropriate Taskforce or Workgroup you

wish to view.

Accessing Taskforce DocumentsStep One: Select “Documents”

Step Two: To view documents, expand view.

Click double arrows to expand view. This will enable you to read the document names.

Step Three: Select the Document

Click the document name, NOT the icon.

Step Four: View or Save Document

Step Five: Return to Group PageClick the back arrow to

return to previous screen.

How to Add Comments

If this was an open document you want to comment on…

How to Add Comments

…click the blue drop down menu and select the “Add a Comment” option.

How to Add CommentsSubject line and Comment are required. All other categories are recommended, but not required.

Calendar

To see a schedule of meetings for your Taskforce, click “Calendar”.

A dot means an event is scheduled for that day.

Scroll down to view a list of the scheduled events.

For more info on a particular meeting, click the title.

Meeting details are noted here, such as the conference phone number and participant code.

Voting

When it is time to vote, click the “Ballots” link.

Voting The list of ballots is found on this page. In this case, the most recent ballot is still open, which means this member can still vote. Click “Open” to record your vote.

VotingCast your vote on this page. Commenting is optional on Affirmative or Abstain votes. Commenting is required for Negative votes.
