How to create a myPIRSA account?
Registration is essential before you can use any of the myPIRSA services. Follow the steps below to create a myPIRSA account.
• Type the following URL to access the myPIRSA launch page:
www.pir.sa.gov.au/pirsa/more/mypirsa_online_services

• From the myPIRSA – Online Services web page, click the Register - new users link.
• Read and accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the associated check box. Only by agreeing with these Terms and Conditions will you be able to create a myPIRSA account.
• After accepting the Terms and Conditions, enter and confirm your email address. Un-tick the box underneath the email address fields and then select the Submit button at the bottom.

• An email will be sent to your nominated email address with a system generated password and a link to the myPIRSA login page. You will not be required to change this password; however it is highly recommended that you do so as an additional security measure.

Logging into myPIRSA
• From the myPIRSA – Online Services web page, click the Login - existing users link.
• Enter your email address and password (your password will be as supplied in the email confirmation after creating your myPIRSA account).

• As terms and conditions are subject to change, it is a requirement to read and accept the latest version at each login. Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions.
• Un-tick the “Please un-tick this box to continue” box and select the Login button.

myPIRSA home screen
Once you have successfully logged into myPIRSA you will see the myPIRSA home screen which consists of two tabs:
• The ‘My Services’ tab which allows you to:- o see and access your approved service(s) o apply for a new service o view services you have applied for and waiting approval
• The ‘My Profile’ tab which allows you to:- o update your personal details (e.g. address, phone number etc) o change your password

How to apply for a myPIRSA service?
• In the ‘My Services’ tab select the ‘Click here to apply for a new service’ link.
• You will be required to provide challenge response questions and answers. You must complete this section before you can apply for a service. This will be the only time you need to submit your challenge response questions.

The Challenge Response questions will be used to verify that you are the owner of your myPIRSA account, should you ever forget you ‘myPIRSA’ password and need to reset it.
• Enter your questions and responses and select ‘Submit’.

• Once your challenge responses have been successfully submitted, you will be able to apply for a new service. The email address that was provided to create this service will be pre-filled and cannot be changed.

• Enter your personal details in the fields provided. Fields marked with an
asterisk (*) are mandatory fields and must be entered. • Select the service you are applying for (e.g. Shellfish Aquaculture
Production Return).
• Enter the name of the Registration Holder.
Note: for each additional service you apply for your personal details will be automatically entered. To update personal details see below.
• After you have applied for a service you will automatically return to the myPIRSA home page.
• On the myPIRSA page you will see which service(s) are in the process of being approved.

• Your application must be approved by a Leasing & Licensing Officer before the requested service(s) can be accessed.
Approved services will receive the following email notification.

• Now that the service has been approved, you can now commence the production return.

• Applications that have been denied will receive the following email notification.

Lodging a Production Return
• From the myPIRSA – Online Services web page, click the Login - existing users link.
• Enter your email address and password.

• On the myPIRSA home page, select the Production Return service required.

• Press continue after you have read the Reporting Obligations.

Remove row
• If you have licences in different regions, a separate Production Return will need to be lodged for each region. The ‘Reporting Obligations’ screen will appear after a region is selected. Note: employment numbers will need to be separated across regions to avoid duplication.

• You can now begin entering data in the Production Return. You will need
to press ‘Add New’ to enter data into a table. • Multiple rows of data can be added to the table. • Enter zero if there is no information to report (e.g. no part time
employees). • To delete a row of data from the table, press the ‘x’ button. • Press ‘Next’ to progress to the next section of the Production Return. • The menu allows you to navigate to any section of the Production Return.

• Before you can lodge a Production Return, all errors identified in the Review/Lodge’ section will need to be corrected.

• Print a copy of the Production Return by selecting the ‘printer-friendly summary’ link before you press ‘Lodge’.
Note: you will not be able to make any changes or review the Production Return once it is lodged.
• You will receive confirmation when the Production Return has been successfully lodged.

How do I update my Profile?
After logging into myPIRSA you can update your personal details and change your password.
• Select the My Profile tab
• Select the update personal details link.

What happens if I forget my password?
Your password can be reset, by selecting the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the myPIRSA login page.
