Invitation email
Traveler receives an email
with registration link.
Clients using SSO (Single Sign On) solution can
access myCWT website and Portrait directly via their
intranet, without a need to register.

Activation email
Another email is sent to the traveller asking
for activation of the account User is prompted to create a
username (work email or other
defined by user) and password
If there is more than one account
associated with the work email, user
will be presented with all accounts
and will register one at a time

Maintain Traveler
To access your own profile click on My Profile
To dissasociate Traveler from your profile, so you are no longer an
Arranger for him, click on Select tab, see the drop list of all of your
Travelers. Select name from the list and click Remove
To open Traveler’s profile for update, select user from the drop list
and click Manage.
First page that opens is the Mandatory fields page.
Remember now you are in Traveler’s profile so fill in information
that are applicable for this traveler, not your own profile!
If you dont have all informaiton, you can always Skip this page
using the Skip button.
To go back to search tab or to page to navigate to your own profile
use tab Traveler Sarch

Traveler’s Personal detailsAs per CWT policy the most important
information in order to ensure Perfect
Trip are:
Date of Birth, Passport (or selection
of No Passport), Phone, Gender,
Citizenship
All these fields can be found under
Traveler Details section. Scroll the page
and expand each section.
If you have any other travel documents
like Visa, Known Traveler Number etc,
you can also add them to profile.
Each section of the traveler profile can
be expanded or contracted based on the
user’s need.

Changes are highlighted in the status box

All sections are displayed in short
version on the left side of the screen in
the ‘Traveler Profile Update Status’
A ‘Pending’ in red will highlight to the
user if anything in that section has
changed
By clicking on the ‘Cancel’ button all
the changes can be undone for that
menu section
By clicking on ‘Submit Changes’ all
changes for all sections will be saved
and sent to the GDS’ and other third
party tools such as OBTs
Red triangle with exclamation mark
shows fields which are mandatory to be
filled in
When changes are made in one
specific field they can be canceled just
for that field by clicking on ‘Reset’
button
When information is correctly
submitted, right upper corner will
display SUCCESS message
• To ensure that all your changes have
been saved and send to the GDS &
other third party tools, do not forget to
click on ‘Submit Changes’

History of the last changes to the profile are visible at a glance in the ‘Update History’
section
The box will display the last few times the profile was accessed or updated and by whom
By clicking on ‘View History’ the user can see the entire history of access or changes to
the profile

To access other sections of your profile navigate to
Communication – add traveler Arrangers there
Payment/Reporting – add Credit Card and your company reference fields
Air, Car, Hotel, Rail – manage preferences for the trip, add your frequent traveler cards
By clicking on the item under “Traveler profile update status” box, you can move to additional sections of profile and
provide more information that will help CWT to ensure Perfect Trip experience

Arranger Profile on mobile
In mobile app, you cannot manage profile
data of your travlers, just book or manage
their trips
To move to your own personal profile
and mobile view of your own, click on
menu icon left uper corner, and
then „Switch to personal view” button
