In the springtime, I remember helping my grandpa

and Uncle Jimmy plant the garden in our backyard. We

grew peppers, tomatoes, garlic,and green beans. We also

planted lots of pretty flowers, like violets, geraniums, and

petunias.

In the summer, I remember playing BINGO at my family

reunion. Family from all over thecountry would

come to my tiny hometown in Pennsylvania for the weekend and we would eat and laugh and play games. My favorite

game was BINGO. I loved to playit with my grandma.

In autumn and winter, I remember Sunday Suppers where all my family would

come over to my grandma and grandpa's house to eat spaghetti and

meatballs. My grandma spent all week preparing her special tomato sauce. It was yummy!
