• Although there is a large number of Muslimteenagers in the community:

ONLY FEW REGISTER FOR ISLAMIC SCHOOL

• In 2009, we had a small number of 13 to 19 yearsold. It is indicative of lack of interest andinadequacy of programs offered to them.

• The large number of teenagers dictates the need ofa youth center to retain them as good Muslims

• This facility will be a place to pray, learn, andsocialize in a safe, constructive, and Islamicenvironment

• We need to move forward quickly to establishMECA’s facility to prevent losing our futureMuslim generations
