• Decide Key Functions of your Business

• Decide which ones have to be „in-house“

Look to your fellow founders – if alone, write downyour soft and hard skills and match with your

business‘s plan and decide which skills are missing

•Which of those missing can be „bridged“ by thirdparty services until hired (include in financial budget)

• Go out and find core-people, whom you know you

can build „The Team“ around

Find „soldiers“ not just „generals“ also as Co-Founders

• Be open about your leadership skills

•Are you truly able to build a Team?

• Are you truly able to „run“ a Team?

• Get third party evaluation on your skills!
